Update to my 90 breakfast burrito order.... Eduardo was there in the morning when I picked up. 7:15 man SHARP! Everything was ready! He even helped me load it in my car. There were about 30 heavy boxes filled with burritos. All the techs and staff were well fed and full for our morning towne hall meeting!
I had one bad experience here a while back that kind of made me not want to go back. ( I found a large piece of card board in my food) However the people around me were unfazed by my experience and still go to this location. The staff was nice and established looked clean. The quality and amount of food was good, but still I probably wouldn't come here on my own accord if I'm honest. The review was based on today's experience food, quality, amount and staff.
My family and I love Pepe's! We come here quite a bit. Sometimes I come just for a soda. If you're obsessed with good quality Diet Coke, like I am, they have one of the best ones around. The food is always spectacular! I love the pastor nachos and a pastor and bean burrito. I highly recommend the beans just by themselves. Their beans are delicious. My son loves a Pepe's bean taco. I order a chicken taco I eat the chicken and put beans in the shell and he can't get enough of them. (Maybe we can get that on the menu?) Most importantly, the staff is always amazing! Everyone has always been friendly and polite. They make it really feel like a family restaurant.
Food prices has gone up. They even charge for the Yellow Chilis 3 pieces for $1.50!!! So expensive and the chilis are way smaller than before!!! It doesn't even cover the container that it comes with. They used to give those out for free But not anymore. However, they're really good!!! And tasty!! I usually just get the Carne Asada Fries. It's super filling. It comes with guacamole, asada, and cheese, and sour cream. It's really good! I like their hot sauces that you can choose too. Don't forget to ask for the radishes, lemons, ginger. Cuz they don't automatically give those out. There is Drive-Thru. However if you drive straight out to the street, your car underneath will get scratched and it's very very narrow to exit. The dip is very deep. I suggest turning left and exit at a bigger driveway.
This place is good! The food is always hot and tasty. I got the carnitas plate and some chilequilles abs they are so good!
